Robert Goodman, founder of RGoodman Associates, has fifteen years experience assisting organizations and leaders to perform effectively.  His core expertise is in leadership and team development, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotech and financial services industries.  He has also worked with founders and senior leaders of family owned and managed enterprises. Bob was owner/operator of Rustica Inc., a food retail business and brings experience in strategic planning, marketing, and customer relations. Prior to founding RGA, Bob maintained a clinical psychology practice for fifteen years.

He coaches executives at all levels, including Board Chairs, CEO's, managing partners and group and team leaders of Fortune 500 Companies. He is the creator of The Developmental Coaching Dialogue and has developed a comprehensive and effective approach to team development that simultaneously addresses individual and organizational capacity building.  

Bob received his AB and M.Ed. from Rutgers University in Biological Sciences and Human Development respectively and an Ed.D. in Human Development from Harvard University.  He is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, a Massachusetts licensed psychologist and a Clinical Associate at McLean Hospital.  He serves as Senior Associate with Minds at Work.  He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Harvard and Rutgers Universities and is a Master Coach Supervisor in The Executive Coaching Certification Program at The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  He is a founding Board Member of The Executive Coaching Forum, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing best practices and ethical guidelines worldwide in the field of executive coaching.  Bob is a Pro Bono International Senior Leadership Coach for the Foundation for International Coaching and also serves as an Advisor on the Board of AidChild.
