The Common Good

Local and Global Support

RGoodman Associates strongly believes in giving back to the community. We have supported the Watertown Children's Theatre since 1990 through donation and by volunteering to serve on the WCT Board of Trustees.  Bob served as Board Chairman for five years.  WCT serves children and their families in Watertown and the surrounding communities by providing a cultural and educational resource for children of all ages. Please visit them at www.watertownchildrenstheatre.org.

We also provide pro-bono organizational development and training consulting to PEAR, the Program in Education, Afterschool and Resiliency www.pearweb.org. PEAR is dedicated to making meaningful theoretical and practical contributions to youth development, school reform and prevention.

Dr. Goodman is a pro bono international senior leadership coach at the Foundation for International Leadership Coaching www.leadershipcoaching.org, which provides access to leadership coaching for government and non-government organization leaders around the world who are committed to having a positive global impact.

RGoodman Associates has been an active supporter of Aidchild, a comprehensive residential treatment program located in rural Uganda, since 2002 www.aidchild.org.  We have had the privilege of visiting their program in Kampala and presenting along side them on a panel at the XX International Aids Conference in Bangkok, Thailand.  We continue to support them through financial assistance and by lending our expertise in the area of children's psychosocial development.
